Founded in 1996, the Nantucket Builders Association represents more than 300 Island-based licensed tradespeople — general contractors, architects, electricians, plumbers, HVAC specialists, and carpenters — working together to shape the future of building on Nantucket.

For over two decades, our mission has focused on three pillars: advancing professionalism in the building industry, providing educational opportunities to our members, and serving as a trusted resource on building code matters. Since 2001, we've also supported Nantucket High School graduates pursuing careers in the trades through our annual scholarship program.
